Generous Commission Structure

If capping isn't your style, no problem! Under the "Top Tier Model" any agent that has a previous year sales volume of $2-8 Million may choose an 80/20 commission split. And talk about TOP TIER! Any agent with a previous year sales volume of $8 Million and above may choose a 90/10 commission split! Additionally agents will contribute 6% to the KWRI royalty fee that caps at $3,000.

Onboarding Package

This model is designed to give you a more generous commission split, so you can choose where to invest in your business... but a little help doesn't hurt! Agent's who choose the "Top Tier" model will receive 100 business cards and a name badge at onboarding to help you get started!
